In a special interview on Top Albania Radio, the vision for one of the most ambitious urban projects under development in Tirana was presented: Pajtoni Residence, a project aiming to create the “New Epicenter of Tirana.”
This new urban development is not conceived merely as a residential complex, but as a new way of living, where modern architecture, nature, public spaces, and comfort coexist in harmony. Strategically located on “Kastriotët” Street, the project connects one of the capital’s most important axes with the area’s new urban development.
During the interview, the unique concept of the residence was discussed: a modern car-free community where over 70% of the space is dedicated to greenery, promenades, and public areas for residents. The project includes 12 residential and service buildings, organized into three development phases, with contemporary architecture that creates a new landmark for the city.
One of the most unique features of Pajtoni Residence is the elevated urban park on the 5th floor—a recreational space including approximately 1 km of promenade, a swimming pool, a gym, relaxation areas, greenery, and connecting bridges between buildings. This concept aims to create an “oasis above the city,” where residents can live away from daily noise and traffic.
The interview also highlighted the importance of creating a complete urban ecosystem, where in addition to apartments, there will be commercial spaces, offices, services, and community areas that enliven the area throughout the day. Modern facades, the integration of nature into the architecture, and the concept of safe and peaceful living are some of the elements that make this project unique for Tirana.
Reaching a height of up to 105 meters and with a vision focused on quality of life, Pajtoni Residence represents a new standard of urban development in Albania—a project that aims to transform the way people live, interact, and experience the city.
