In an event organized by Pajtoni Group at the Pajtoni Center premises, the newest and most ambitious urban project in the capital was officially presented: Pajtoni Residence.
Conceived with the slogan “The New Epicenter of Tirana”, the project was presented in the presence of architects, builders, investors, and public figures, while the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, was also part of the activity, describing Pajtoni Residence as a significant contribution to the urban development of Tirana.
According to the Prime Minister, from this project alone, even before construction has begun, the Municipality of Tirana has benefited from approximately 14 million euros in taxes, while the project will also bring direct investments for the community, including nurseries, kindergartens, and public infrastructure.
Another element highlighted during the presentation was the high interest from the Albanian diaspora and foreign investors. According to statements during the event, about 350 apartments have been reserved by Albanians living abroad, while interest in investing in the project continues to grow.
With a construction area of approximately 220,000 m², Pajtoni Residence will be developed behind Pajtoni Center and will consist of 12 multifunctional buildings that combine residential, business, and recreational spaces into a single urban concept.
The architecture of the project was carried out by the prestigious international studio RCR Arquitectes, winner of the prestigious Pritzker Prize, bringing a contemporary approach where nature, architecture, and urban life intertwine in harmony.
One of the most unique elements of the project is the car-free residence concept, where internal spaces are dedicated exclusively to pedestrians, greenery, and the community. The project also includes an elevated urban park on the +5 floor, with a promenade of about 1 km, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a gym, and social spaces for residents.
Pajtoni Residence aims to create a new standard of living in Tirana—a project where modern architecture, functionality, and quality of life come together to create a new way of experiencing the city.
